Project Overview: China SCE Huaqiao World City covers an area of about 113,000 square meters, in the overall design, with the concept of "mountains and rivers stacked stones" in Suzhou gardens, drawing inspiration from it, in the creation of each space, with modern techniques to interpret the local culture of Suzhou again, is the innovation and integration of ancient architecture and modern structure, and the intervention of three-dimensional data technology better realizes the spatial collision of reality and history of modern architecture and ancient building inheritance.
BIM application points: The team builds a full-professional Revit model according to the drawings provided by Party A, finds and solves the problems existing in the drawings, optimizes and produces drawings for the layout of the all-professional pipe comprehensive, and makes up for the loopholes in the traditional two-dimensional drawing design pipeline layout. Combined with the secondary mechanical and electrical and hardcover professional drawings, the model was deepened, and the collision between hardcover and various specialties in each area was detected, so as to avoid the rework cost of the scheme in time.
