3D Scanning and Surveying Data Engineer

Location: Xiamen, China / Shanghai, China

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct data collection using 3D laser scanners, drones, and other equipment in the field.
2. Process and convert data in the office, creating 3D models, topographic maps, and related data.
3. Maintain and care for equipment and surveying instruments to ensure their proper functioning.
4. Organize and archive classified survey data and original records.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Municipal Engineering, Surveying, or related fields.
2. Over 1 year of relevant work experience, proficient in using software such as AUTOCAD and 3DMAX.
3. Experience using surveying equipment such as levels, total stations, and drones, with a solid foundation in remote sensing and topographic surveying.
4. Drone operation experience or certification, and a driver's license are preferred.
5. Honest, responsible, hardworking, with a team-oriented spirit and good professional ethics.

BIM Quality Control Specialist

Location: Xiamen, China / Shanghai, China

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the quality of BIM structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models and deliverables, including drawings, and manage the archiving of project drawings and deliverables.
2. Input and manage project data on the platform, and provide periodic feedback on data entry issues to the development department.
3. Proficient in using software such as REVIT, FUZOR, and CAD.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or higher in Civil Engineering or MEP-related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in BIM structural and MEP modeling.
2. Responsible attitude, meticulous work; strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
3. Design and construction experience is a plus, with basic ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP construction drawings.
4. Possession of BIM Level 1 or 2 certification is preferred (outstanding recent graduates are welcome to apply).

BIM Engineer (Architectural, Structural)

Location: Xiamen, China / Shanghai, China

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for creating BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines; able to independently complete BIM modeling tasks.
2. Participate in design coordination at various stages of projects using BIM technology.
3. Collaborate with BIM engineers from other disciplines to complete design optimization, structural model creation, visualization design, and walkthrough animations.
4. Based on the BIM model, carry out applications at various stages, including drawing output, quantity takeoff, report preparation, and on-site construction coordination.
5. Assist the client in organizing BIM work meetings involving design, supervision, and construction units.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or higher, with a background in architecture, structural engineering, or related fields; basic knowledge of these disciplines and the ability to read construction drawings.
2. Over 2 years of experience in BIM-related work, proficient in using Revit and other BIM-related software (AutoCAD, YJK, Navisworks, 3DMax, Lumion, etc.).
3. Strong communication skills and service awareness, proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
4. Good professional ethics, team spirit, and innovation ability.
5. Proficiency in parametric design software (Rhino, Dynamo, etc.) is a plus.
6. Experience in design or construction, familiar with the design or construction processes at various stages of engineering projects, and able to independently manage projects; holding BIM Level 1 or 2 certification is preferred.
7. Experience in municipal road and bridge (roads, bridges, tunnels) BIM projects is a plus.

BIM Project Manager

Location: Xiamen, China / Shanghai, China

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully organize and implement projects, taking complete responsibility for the project's quality and progress.
2. Guide and supervise technical personnel in BIM modeling and application tasks.
3. Manage the daily operations of the BIM team, including training new team members and organizing departmental team-building activities.
4. Communicate and coordinate with clients/design institutes, conduct project summaries and professional analysis reports, and resolve issues through meetings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
2. 3 years + of management experience in the same industry, familiar with relevant standards, codes, and procedures.
3. Experience in BIM construction engineering projects, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant BIM modeling software.
4. Strong management skills and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
