Location: Xiamen, China / Shanghai, China
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the quality of BIM structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models and deliverables, including drawings, and manage the archiving of project drawings and deliverables.
2. Input and manage project data on the platform, and provide periodic feedback on data entry issues to the development department.
3. Proficient in using software such as REVIT, FUZOR, and CAD.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or higher in Civil Engineering or MEP-related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in BIM structural and MEP modeling.
2. Responsible attitude, meticulous work; strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
3. Design and construction experience is a plus, with basic ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP construction drawings.
4. Possession of BIM Level 1 or 2 certification is preferred (outstanding recent graduates are welcome to apply).
