Project Overview: The smart campus (3D reality development zone) platform, leveraging advanced technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, has built a highly integrated digital management ecosystem. By creating high-precision 3D models of buildings, facilities, and environmental elements within the campus, the platform enables real-time monitoring, intelligent analysis, and optimized scheduling of campus resources. The Bimodeling team utilizes cutting-edge 3D reality modeling technology to transform the physical space into interactive digital twin models, providing comprehensive and multi-dimensional support for campus planning, operation, and management.

Empowering Smart Campuses with BIM Technology
Bimodeling leverages a core technology framework of “A (Artificial Intelligence) + B (Big Data) + I (Internet of Things) + S (Surveying and Mapping Technologies)” to seamlessly integrate BIM with 3D spatial data acquisition technologies. 1.Integration of Oblique Photogrammetry with GIS Platform
By conducting oblique aerial photography using drones over the target area, a high-precision 3D reality database is established to accurately represent the surface features and environmental context of the campus; this provides high-resolution and photorealistic imagery to support planning, construction, and operational management.



2.Building Digital Twin
Bimodeling creates detailed 3D building models that visually present the exterior, along with the structure and functional layout, thus supporting precise management of building assets and informed decision-making.

 
3.Underground MEP System Model
By building 3D underground MEP system models and integrating them into the smart platform to clearly visualize pipeline routes, depths, and materials, it enables digital management and provides reliable support for underground space planning, facility maintenance, and emergency response.

 4.Smart Platform
The Bimodeling team, leveraging advanced 3D technologies, successfully supported the development of the smart campus platform; this platform enables real-time monitoring, intelligent analysis, and optimized scheduling of campus resources, providing managers with a new and efficient management approach.
