Applications of BIM: Bimodeling applies Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to develop 3D digital models that precisely match on-site dimensions. The team conducts comprehensive checks for design errors, omissions, clashes, and missing components. Through integrated modeling, the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are optimized and detailed construction drawings are produced. This process helps improve the quality of the design documentation and supports the client in implementing the drawings effectively on site.

3. Inspection Phase
By integrating and comparing the point cloud model collected on-site with the BIM model, the construction quality can be effectively verified against the design drawings. This process supports the generation of standardized inspection reports and enhances overall construction quality management.

Issue 1: The on-site installation of the air duct does not follow the design drawing; hence, it fails to rise along the edge of the driveway as specified.

Issue 2: The on-site installation of the air duct deviated from the design plan, resulting in a collision with the high-end fit-out ceiling, which may affect subsequent construction and usage.
