SCE Group West Hongqiao Commercial Office Building is located in the core area of Shanghai Hongqiao, with a major transportation artery closeby, and its total site area of 33,807.1 m2. The design of the architecture also includes multiple urban parks, and each building has its own unique architectural style. The overall design seamlessly blends in eco-friendly workspace concepts with creative elements.
Project Details:
Bimodeling utilized BIM technology to comprehensively develop professional models for the project and performed BIM applications such as clash detection, 3D visualization, and MEP optimization based on these models. By optimizing the spatial structure within the BIM model, the design solution was further improved, leading to a shortened construction timeline.
